At the risk of sounding like an Apple product launch in May, we had our biggest ever update! We rolled out a whole host of changes including;

It only seems right to start with the biggest update of the month, that is automated reporting. We went back to the drawing board with our reporting offering and build a whole new automated reporting suite, offering you the ability to report (Manually & Automatically) on all theWebShed elements along with Google Analytics and Google Search Console. The reporting suite allows you to create a one-off report or an automatic report that renews at your desired timescales. The reports come in the form on an online interactive report and the ability for you or your customers to download them as a PDF. We also offer you the ability to white-label the reports with your own logo, email, and company name. I have added a couple of screens below to show you the reporting suite;
It is super simple to use and allows you to easily create reports for all your clients and send them automatically to yourself or directly to them.

Onsite data throughout
We think that it is great to keep you updated with all of your onsite audit information, and like to put it into a nice and easy to view format. But we know that sometimes you need that information when completing certain tasks, so we have incorporated the onsite audit information into the keyword explorer page to give you actionable information on your keywords which are not performing as well as they could be.
This information will show for the page that you have assigned to that keyword, if you have not assigned a page to the keyword it will show the data for the page that the keyword is ranking for.
theWebShed is not only a great SEO tool we want to make sure that it is a practical CRM tool to help you manage your SEO agency. We know that it can be difficult to keep track of who has spoken to your clients especially when your agency is growing. With this in mind, we have created the communications log, this log allows you and your staff to keep track of the communications they have had with the customers, note what was discussed and upload any relevant files from that discussion.
Marketplace for all
Only a small update for the marketplace, we have opened the marketplace up to all accounts including the free trials. If you are on a free trial you will not be able to buy anything as you have no card details associated with your account but you will be able to explorer all of the great suppliers we have to offer!
Onsite page explorer
We have expanded on the recently relaunched onsite explorer to bring you even more information about your website pages, you can now check out any page on your website to see all of your page information like titles, headings and robots directives. Along with this information, you can also get a list of all of the internal links on the website that point to that page. Just head to the onsite explorer and click on the eye icon next to any URL to see the information for that page.
We have updated our pricing to help make it more affordable for all agencies and stop you from paying for what you are not using. We don’t want to be like other SEO tools and charge you for 100 accounts when you only use 50, with theWebShed you will only pay for the accounts you use.
